Rica Invest was created to connect global seafood markets through experience, trusted relationships and a strategic approach to supply chains — from origin to end customer, with quality and on-time delivery as priorities.
The company is led by Krzysztof Urban, a manager with 16+ years of seafood industry experience, combining commercial, operational and quality perspectives while building long-term partnerships across Europe, the Americas and Asia.
We support partners both strategically and operationally: portfolio selection, negotiations, quality standards, logistics planning and secure international trade execution across the entire value chain.

During his career he has been involved in developing seafood programs for international retailers and distributors across Europe, the United States, Canada and Asia. His expertise includes managing seafood products across the entire production cycle — from farmed salmon sourcing, through processing and packaging, to international logistics, retail shelf and consumer plate. This practical experience allows Rica Invest S.A. to support partners not only strategically, but also operationally.
